Let Edinburgh Festival Rentals Provide Your Accomodation

For the Edinburgh Festival, there are two types of tenant:

1. Tenants involved in performing

2. Tenants watching performers

 Edinburgh Festival Rentals caters to both types of tenant and over the years we have improved our service to each group to ensure their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.  Here is what we offer to each group.

Performers:

• We have contracted an IT company to provide wifi support throughout the month of August to ensure our clients have internet access throughout the month.
• We have contracted a full time maintenance company to offer 24 hour maintenance support throughout the month of August.
• We allow our performers to use our office address for flyer delivery and we will deliver these to your accommodation on arrival.
• We have contracted a cleaning company exclusively for our properties to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met at all times.
  
• All deposits are held in a "flat account" and no money is transferred to either party until both are satisfied that the terms of the let have been met.

• On top of the above, all visitors are provided with a Fringe magazine on arrival.
• A welcome pack with discount vouchers for restaurants and bars.
• Our own personal guide to what's hot in this year's festival.
