It is 5-15 minutes walk to many of the fringe venues (Collumcile centre, Napier University Merchison Campus, Eric Liddell centre, the Black Ivy, Laughing Horse)

Guests have the use of the entire apartment except for the box room. The back garden is shared with other residents in the block whereas the front garden is private.
